Overview Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (“BPCA”) requests proposals (individually a “Proposal” and collectively the “Proposals”) from web design firms (individually a “Proposer” and collectively the “Proposers”) to provide BPCA with web design and development, graphic design, and webmaster services. These services shall include, but not be limited to: designing, developing, and maintaining a functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly website that aligns with BPCA branding and organizational objectives. This includes responsive web design, UX/UI optimization, site performance enhancements, content updates, security management, and ongoing webmaster support to ensure seamless operation. A detailed scope of work for which the selected Proposer will be responsible is found in Exhibit A of the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) document.
