The City of Utica seeks to engage a qualified team, firm or individual to provide content management services and design for a new website for the City. The City s current website (https://www.cityofutica.com/) requires modernization to meet the needs of three distinct audiences (people already invested in the city of Utica, those looking to invest or locate in the city long-term and those looking to visit) while improving usability, civic trust, and digital presence. This redesign will create a professional, citizen-focused website with clear navigation, modern branding, and engaging visuals. The website should be easily updatable by internal staff, with the ability to seamlessly migrate any existing page content onto the new platform. A complete list of all requirements, layouts, and website blocks will be decided on by proposer and the City during selection process and initial project stages. A successful proposer will complete outlined requirements, offer recommendations aligned with the website s vision, and work with the City throughout the process to create a final product that meets the City s expectations.
