1) Complete a site reconnaissance and Preliminary Engineering Report for the improvements to Town sewer outfalls to regain compliance with NYSDEC limits in the SPDES Permit as well as propose maintenance/improvements that the Town should take to protect long-term use of the system. This includes the analysis of existing conditions, proposed improvements and or/replacement of infrastructure used in the existing systems, anticipated design and construction costs, and recommendations for the Town to implement said improvements. 2) Complete the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process including but not limited to, NYS Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), and any other applicable agencies to ensure all applicable regulatory requirements are described in the report.
