The work consists of constructing (complete with all equipment, accessories, and appurtenances) the following in accordance with the Bidding Documents heretofore prepared by Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, D.P.C.: South Water Street Pump Station • Replacement of existing raw sewage pump motors • Replacement of existing sump pump, piping, and valves • Architectural and structural modifications • Upgrades to electrical, instrumentation, and control systems • Upgrades to heating and ventilation • Upgrades to plumbing systems; Heavy Industrial Park Pump Station • Demolition of existing raw sewage pumps and piping • Construction of an aboveground suction lift pump station • Construction of new electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
