Locations: Regional attractions, ski areas, snowmobile trails, winter cabins, local lodges, and community spaces. Deliverables: (1) 2 minute promotional highlight reel for web and social media. (5) 30-second cutdowns optimized for social channels. (1) Extended 3–5 minute feature video for tourism promotion. Raw footage for future use. Target Audience: Leisure travelers, families, outdoor enthusiasts, and couples looking for winter escapes. 3. Scope of Work The selected videographer will be responsible for: Pre-Production Collaborating with Enchanted Mountains to establish a visual style and story flow. Planning shot lists around winter sports, cozy lodging, and scenic landscapes. Production On-location filming of: Winter Sports: downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling. Winter Cabins & Lodging: guests warming by fireplaces, cozy cabin interiors, exterior shots of guests walking to cabins. Scenic & Lifestyle Shots: snowy forests, mountain views, families enjoying winter activities, couples on sleigh rides, hot cocoa moments. Drone footage to capture winter landscapes and ski runs. Post-Production Editing to create multiple deliverables with engaging pacing, music, and branding. Integration of logos, titles, and taglines provided by Enchanted Mountains. Delivery of all videos in formats optimized for web, social, and presentation use. Model Releases: Model releases must be included for any identifiable models.
