The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is exploring options for enhancing the nutritional quality and accessibility of food and beverage vending machines across its facilities. As part of this effort, ACS is seeking information from vendors with experience in providing vending machine services that align with the New York City Food Standards for Food and Beverage Vending Machines. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for the purpose of gathering information and gauging vendor interest. This is not a solicitation or procurement, and no contract will be awarded as a result of this RFI. Responses will help ACS better understand market capabilities, vendor qualifications, and the feasibility of implementing vending solutions that meet NYC nutritional guidelines. ACS is particularly interested in vendors who: Offer snack and beverage machines that stock items compliant with NYC Food and Beverage Standards Can provide documentation (e.g., planograms and nutrition data) demonstrating compliance Are familiar with and have previously implemented NYC Food and Beverage Standards Can accommodate site-specific customization (e.g., allergen restrictions at select locations) Are certified as Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs)
