The BOE now seeks an Election Night Reporting (ENR) System compatible with both Dominion and Clear Ballot results data files for the purposes of aggregation and display of election results, with the additional ability to provide a results report export in the format required by the New York State Board of Elections, as well as unofficial and official results to the general public on an election district level. 3. Performance Requirements. The proposed ENR system must ensure that Oneida County’s system meets all technical and cybersecurity requirements for New York State. 4.
