Specifications include, but are not limited to: Long Island Power Authority (“Authority”) hereby solicits proposals from experienced consulting firms and individuals (hereinafter referred to as “firms”) in response to this Request For Proposals (“RFP”) to provide as-needed utility consulting services to the Authority and its subsidiary, LIPA (collectively referred to as “LIPA”). Proposers with expertise in various areas, such as engineering, energy efficiency and renewables, marketing, customer service, economics and finance may submit proposals to provide consulting services for some, all or portions of the categories of services defined in Section IV. Scope of Services, of this RFP. LIPA may select one or more firms to provide some, all or portions of the requested services.
