Specifications include, but are not limited to: Number of Carts: Approximately eleven (11) Carts will be leased, however, the Town reserves the right to increase the number of Carts leased. Term of lease: 48 months Type of Cart: Gas Powered utility vehicle, Cushman Hauler 800X, or an equivalent model. Must include the following accessories: Canopy Top, Hinged windshield, gas gauge/oil light, rear tow hitch receiver, headlights, turf tires, dump box, heavy leaf springs with hydraulic shock absorbers Service Agreement: the lease must include a service agreement with the following (at a minimum): • Maintenance – repairs, inclusive of parts and labor expense, except for negligent damages. Please provide warranty inclusions. • Annual Winterization – Full service of all carts and replacement of any worn parts. • Emergency Service – Unlimited calls for emergency repairs to down carts • Battery Warranty – replacement of any properly maintained batteries that do not reach 36 holes • Replacement Tires – Unlimited replacement of tires • Warranty must last the duration of the lease • *Repair work to be performed by winning bidders authorized service contractor. (Please provide the service contractor contact information with submission of bid.) • Additionally, please provide hourly labor rate for non- covered repairs. Any uncovered parts that need to be replaced can be billed at Certified cost plus 15%.
