Scope of work to include, all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the renovation of approximately 8,000 sf on the third floor of the Upstate Downtown Campus to create a new class 2 interventional radiology procedure room, pre- and post-procedure patient care area, waiting room, a diagnostic ultrasound with patient toilet, patient holding bays, a resident lounge, offices, and other staff support spaces under Article 28 with the NYS Department of Health. This work includes but is not limited to, selective demolition, hazardous material abatement, general construction, mechanical, electrical, HVAC controls, and plumbing work, sprinklers, and coordination with new imaging equipment which will be supplied by others.
