The New York State Unified Court System (“UCS”), Office of Court Administration ("OCA") is soliciting sealed bids for the provision of hotel accommodations and conference services for approximately five-hundred and fifty (550) attendees at each of two seminars (referred to individually as “Seminar #1” and “Seminar #2,” or collectively as “Seminars”) to be held in the Hudson Valley Region as described herein. The accommodations and conference services are required on the dates below. Bidder must bid on both Seminar #1 and Seminar #2. Bidder must have the capacity to hold the Seminars’ meeting and dining space at one hotel facility. Seminar Dates; Seminar #1: Monday, June 22 – Thursday, June 25, 2026 (4 days); Seminar #2: Tuesday, July 7 – Thursday, July 9, 2026 (3 days); Overnight Lodging Dates; Seminar #1: Sunday, June 21 – Wednesday, June 24, 2026 (4 nights, check-out June 25, 2026); Seminar #2: Monday, July 6 – Wednesday, July 8, 2026 (3 nights, check-out July 9, 2026)
