Specifications include, but are not limited to: The winning bidder must provide a certificate of insurance naming the school district as an additional insured. Any surcharges must be disclosed with the amount and methodology. Pick up for three buildings & supply dumpsters. (Lower if possible) • Cuba Rushford Middle High School- 10 yards twice a week. • Cuba Rushford Elementary School- 10 yards twice a week. • Elm Street Academy- 8 yards once a week. • All schools to be picked up at Cuba Rushford Elementary and the Middle High School once a week in July & August. • Elm Street is to be picked up twice a month in July & August. • All buildings will drop one pick up per week for the weeks listed. o The week of Sept. 3rd, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Third week in February, Easter, Memorial Day week.
