1. Investigations and assessments to verify existing conditions in the Project Areas; 2. Preparation of Project design for submission to BNYDC, including cost estimates; 3. Preparation of construction documents and specifications for submission to BNYDC; 4. Preparation of Public Design Commission (PDC) materials; 5. Preparation, submission, and obtaining all required approvals and permits; 6. Preparation, submission, and obtaining approval from utility agencies and other agencies or authorities having jurisdictional review; 7. Preparation of Bid documents, responses to questions from prospective bidders, bid levelling and contractor interviews, and a recommendation for the selected contractor; 8. Construction administration services and resident engineering services during the Project implementation, including but not limited to pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of the Project. 9. Coordination with other projects within or adjacent to the Project Areas, 10. Community Air Monitoring Plan (CAMP) and Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) Services for certain intrusive activities during construction to comply with the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Site Management Practices (SMP) under its Voluntary Cleanup Agreement (VCA) with the NYSDEC.
