Specifications include, but are not limited to: LIPA expects from time-to-time to have need for assistance in the area of asset and business management. While LIPA has highly competent staff with experience in many of these areas, LIPA seeks to augment existing capabilities, and draw upon the resources of outside services on an as-needed basis. Interested firms are encouraged in submitting a proposal addressing all, individual, or combination of selected individual areas or their portions. The firm, or firms selected for all or any of the following scopes of work, would have demonstrable qualifications to provide development, implementation, and consulting services in some, all or portions of the areas of T&D assets and business management listed below, and including performance and risk assessment, optimization, modeling and forecasting, monitoring and control, and decision making support tools for both transmission and distribution asset management and business management.
