Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Nassau County (the “County”) Department of Public Works (“DPW” or the “Department”) is requesting proposals from firms to provide full time operations personnel to staff the County’s Traffic Management Center facility in Westbury, New York (the “TMC”). Services shall include, but not be limited to, performing the daily functions of the Traffic Management Center, general traffic engineering and operational services related to the Traffic Management Center, traffic signal timing assignments and intelligent transportation systems assignments. As such, the firm must provide detailed resumes of those individuals that are being proposed for this project, highlighting relevant experience and emphasizing the requirements noted herein. The Department will have sole discretion to utilize only those individuals that deemed suitable for this project.
