The Town of Kent Community Center and Town Hall Annex renovations include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: selective demolition, asbestos removal, installation of new flooring, ceilings, walls, fire rated wall and ceiling assemblies, insulation systems, doors, cabinetry, countertops, residential appliances, windows, bathrooms, exterior EIFS, asphalt shingle roof, painting, brick repair, metal wrapped soffits, new canopy, fiberglass columns, brick piers with cast stone caps, concrete ramp and stairs, metal railings and handrails. Work also includes site demolition, clearing and grubbing, asphalt removal, minor site grading, new asphalt parking, sealing and striping, concrete sidewalks and pavement and lawn areas.
