Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work includes interior selective demolition and new construction including: concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metal fabrications, rough and finished carpentry, interior architectural woodwork, insulation, firestopping and sealants, metal framed gypsum board partitions, miscellaneous metals, interior millwork, doors, frames and hardware, glazing, interior finishes including flooring, ceilings and walls, specialties, signage, built- in furnishings; fire protection, domestic water and sanitary plumbing; mechanical HVAC systems modifications, alterations and new equipment; electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, security, access control, and communications modifications, alterations and new work; minor exterior site improvements as well as other miscellaneous work as described in the contract documents.
