Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace the exist- ing HVAC systems serving the Banquet area and the Library with two new units. One unit will be a small packaged propane-fired horizontal fur- nace with direct expan- sion (DX) cased cooling coil and remote-air cooled condensing unit. The second unit will be a split system air handling unit with energy recovery wheel, DX cooling coils, re- mote-air cooled con- densing units, propa- ne-fired duct furnace, variable air volume control, demand con- trolled ventilation, as- sociated ductwork and appurtenances, and all other related items. Electrical Construction: Installation of new con- duit, wiring, controls, panels and appurte- nances associated with the new HVAC equip- ment and new lighting systems in the Banquet area. General Construction: Removal and replace- ment of the ceiling sys- tems in Banquet area.
