Contract No. 1 – Construction Work Mobilization, stakeout of utilities, UFPO clearances, selective removals, trenching/excavation, protection of existing facilities and structures, cast in place concrete, masonry, structure steel, steel decking, rough carpentry, pre-engineered roof trusses, architectural woodwork, insulation, , asphalt shingle roof system, gutters and downspouts, steel doors and frames, aluminum windows, interior wall finish systems, water utility distribution piping and valves, sanitary sewer piping and structures, storm sewer piping and structures, site restoration, erosion and sediment control, and all work necessary to complete the building expansion at the Town Hall, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Contract No. 2 – Plumbing Work Mobilization, selective plumbing system removals, domestic water piping, sanitary sewer piping, plumbing equipment, and all work necessary to complete the plumbing system at the Town Hall expansion, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Contract No. 3 – HVAC Work Mobilization, selective HVAC system removals, installation of ductwork, insulation, temperature control system, HVAC piping, hydronic specialties, exhaust systems, propeller fans, electric heaters, sidewalk snow melt system piping and equipment, and vertical heat exchangers, energy recovery units, and all work necessary to complete the HVAC system at the Town Hall expansion, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Contract No. 4 – Electrical Work Mobilization, selective removals of lighting, power and alarm systems, electric cabling, conduit, panelboards, wiring devices, circuit breakers, switches, lighting, communications cabling, and all work necessary to complete electrical and alarm systems at the Town Hall expansion, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
