The towing firm must supply the Police Bureau, Traffic Division with a list of all equipment at their disposal, including truck weights, capacities, length of cable, make, year, and registration numbers. 8. The towing firm must supply the Police Bureau, Traffic Division with a photo static copy of the driver’s license of each employee who operates their equipment. 9. The towing firm must provide twenty-four hour service, accept all calls given to it by the city (staffing permitting) and maintain a response time of twenty (20) minutes or less. 10. The towing firm shall not tow vehicles outside of the city unless directed to by the owner or the police. That all towing firms shall be required to remove all debris related to the incident to which they are called. 11. Each towing firm on the primary or secondary lists must supply the owner/operator of a vehicle who is at the scene with a card containing its business name, address, phone number, hours of operation and a summary of the expected charges.
