Steuben County is seeking proposals for hardware and/or software solutions for employee timekeeping. Steuben currently utilizes Munis Enterprise ERP 2024.1.0.1332 for payroll and accounting functions. The proposed solution must be able to integrate with this system, and proposers should demonstrate experience in managing integrations with Munis Enterprise ERP 2024.1.0.1332 or like systems. It is the County’s objective to avoid duplicate set-up and data entry within the timekeeping system. To that end, the system will need to accept data input from DISCOVER eGov (NYS Civil Service Software) v. 3 as well as create a file of leave and pay hours for upload to the Munis payroll system. Proposer is responsible for contacting Tyler Technologies to obtain record layout tables and for creating the interface program to feed data into Munis.
