Specifications include, but are not limited to: Suffolk County Community College (College) invites proposals (Proposal(s)) from qualified companies (Company) to provide, install, assist with the implementation, and provide training on a Testing and Advising Appointment System to integrate with its SunGard, Banner ERP and SunGard, Luminis portal. Banner is currently at version 8 but an upgrade to 9 is planed to begin within two years. Luminis is at version IV and will be upgraded to version V by September 2012. The College is also interested in an Early Alert system and invites qualified companies to include early alert capabilities as options to their proposal. The Early Alert system is to provide a comprehensive, enterprise level student tracking and early warning system designed to support student retention and success. The College will be implementing SunGards Degree Works. The College expects the Early Alert system to be capable of integrating with SunGards Degree Works, Banner ERP and Luminis portal
