Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Initial Tent Top with Installation Item 1: Navi-Trac Tent Top • 80x40 Navi Trac Tent with one hop end and one gable end installed over the existing frame. • All miscellaneous materials needed for installation including but not limited to nuts, bolts, stakes, and additional materials needed. • When repairing or replacing any components/equipment, the contractor shall use the most up to date materials being manufactured. No obsolete materials shall be allowed without Town approval. • The contractor shall adhere to local building codes, laws and regulations where mandatory. Item 2: Installation • Vendor must completely install the tent so that it is in good working order. • The contractor shall provide all labor, machinery, powered equipment, materials, tools, scaffolds, fencing, equipment, cranes, lifts, generators and miscellaneous tools/equipment/machinery to complete the scope of work. II. Ongoing Services Item 3: Annual Removal, Cleaning, Storage and Installation of the Tent Top Each Winter the vendor will be required to remove, clean, store the tent top (in the winter) and then reinstall the tent top in the spring. Please provide a flat, annual rate for this service. This rate shall include one (1) removal, cleaning and storage as well as one (1) installation of the tent top. Item 4: Hourly rate for Servicing and Repairs, as needed – during business hours From time to time the Town needs tent repairs, parts, replacements and servicing on various tents throughout the Town. Please include an hourly rate for tent repairs and periodic maintenance as needed during regular business hours. Please note that this provision of the contract is a requirements contract. No minimum services are guaranteed.
