If the specified fabric or an approved substitute fabric cannot be sourced passed 8 weeks, the order will be subject to cancellation without penalty. • Bid prices must include delivery. • The contractor cannot charge additional fees for travel time. • These specifications are minimum requirements only. Items of lesser design and quality will not be accepted. Any items that are found to not be in full compliance with these specifications shall be replaced, at contractor expense, to the satisfaction of BOCES and/or the participating school district. If the contractor intends to make any substitution in workmanship, materials or methods, he must indicate such intent on his proposal, and attach to his proposal, outlines of such substitutions.
