Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from all interested and qualified parties desiring to operate AN EXCLUSIVE ADVERTISING CONCESSION in the Terminal Building at Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport. There are a number of existing display cases and opportunities to increase them if demand dictates. The Airport is interested in making advertising space available from the largest to the smallest entity in the region, including contract terms and rates that will encourage such diversity while maximizing revenue to the Airport. The Airport is interested in receiving proposals that appear likely to meet those goals and maintain them during the life of the contract.
