Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of North Hempstead (the "Town") is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide television production services at the North Hempstead television station operating in the Town’s “Yes We Can” Community Center in New Cassel, New York. 1. Filming all programs for NHTV in High Definition, either on-site at the North Hempstead TV studio or at another location. Programs include, but are not limited to: a. “Talk of the Town”, which provides residents with in-depth interviews with local and civic leaders representing North Hempstead; b. “Business Buzz”, which interviews local business and shop owners; c. “Off the Trail” and education series focusing on local nature in North Hempstead including wildlife and their habitat; d. Department of Parks and Recreation and Community Service events including: State of the Town, Spring Festival, Asian-American Festival, Memorial Day Fireworks, BeachFeast, KidStock, Spooky Walk, Winter Wonderland; e. Council Member interviews, including sit down interviews in the studio and off site; f. In-Studio Interviews, with representatives from external offices and programs; g. Public Service Announcements; h. Create ads for upcoming programs to be used on Facebook and YouTube; and i. Other programming, including coverage of Town events and Town Parks and services. 2. Editing video using Adobe Master Suite.
