Contractor agrees to provide the swimming pool supplies identified in the Contract Documents listed herein, which are incorporated into and made part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein, whether or not they are physically attached hereto. Contractor agrees to provide the items in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement for MOBOCES as part of its cooperative bidding system. Unless specifically authorized in advance, evidenced only by a written Change Order or Addendum to this Agreement executed by MOBOCES as provided herein, MOBOCES will not compensate Contractor for any services provided which are not within the scope of the services as specifically identified in the Contract Documents.
