The 109th AW Fire Department requires 12ea Swiftwater Rescue PPE Kits. These kits are custom built for the New York State Flood Incident Strike Team (FIST) which includes members from the 109th AW. NYSID has provided a list of recommended gear that have proved superior in quality and functionality, therefore, this is a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement for gear listed on RFQ Attachment 1 - Pricing Worksheet.
