The scope of work involves hydrologic and hydraulic analysis to develop recommendations for drainage improvements, and advancing such improvements into preliminary design. The scope of work also involves the computation of cost estimates for both detailed design and construction of the recommended drainage improvements. Conceptual drainage improvements for this project may involve various enhancements along the existing drainage corridor, including but not limited to, replacement of existing drainage pipes, installation of a detention/retention system, upgrades to the existing MTA culvert, and drainage channel improvements through the NYSTA property. Attachment E – Scope of Work Plan shows the potential improvements to be investigated and advanced to preliminary design as part of the scope of work for this project. Proposals shall include an aggregate lump sum fee with breakdowns by each Phase outlined below as well as proposed bill rates by staff title that will remain in effect for the duration of the Project to be utilized for any additional work authorized by the City
