Services to be provided: o Investigation Only: Per request of the Town, investigation only service is used when the condition of the streetlight is unknown, but not an emergency, and an experienced foreman will travel to the location in a pickup truck to inspect the conditions and determine the next steps (per items below). Photos will be provided to the Town along with the results of the investigation and the recommendations for maintenance follow-up. This type of work will be billed based on unit cost from the Unit Price Proposal. It will be billed as regular time (unless authorized Saturday, Sunday or Holiday) with a 1-hour minimum. o Routine Maintenance: Routine Maintenance is used for maintenance of the lighting infrastructure to keep the system fully operational. This type of work will be billed based on unit cost from the Unit Price Proposal. The following items are considered routine maintenance items: a. Investigation of No Current (Overhead and Underground) b. Replace Blown fuses c. Replace Faulty asset management nodes d. Replace Faulty fixtures Quick fixes not identified under the Unit Price Proposal may be paid using a Time and Material basis. o Scheduled Maintenance: Planned work that is outside the scope of Routine maintenance is defined as Scheduled Maintenance. This type of work will be done under the unit cost from the Unit Price Proposal, based on the use of Town-provided materials.
