Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work under this contract consists generally of constructing a single story addition including steel superstructure, insulated metal composite panel and glass enclosure, masonry walls, roofing, skylights, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire protection systems, closed circuit television system, baggage handling, baggage information display system, public address system, emergency responder radio, access control system, data network system, site drainage system, paving, pavement markings, fencing, landscaping, maintenance of traffic and work area protection, and related work at various airside and landside areas in the vicinity of the existing Terminal building at Stewart International Airport, Orange County, New York.
