DASNY seeks proposals from Construction Managers to provide professional construction management services (RFP#7619) for the Pre-Construction Phase, Construction Phase, and the Administration of General Conditions of a consolidate the Staten Island Family Court program and create a “Family Court Campus” by constructing an 8-story new addition, a full renovation of the existing historic Court building and a full renovation of an adjacent unoccupied former Department of Health building. The Construction Manager will serve as an owner’s representative on behalf of DASNY as well as a technical advisor providing support to DASNY and MOCJ. DASNY anticipates initially contracting with the Construction Manager to provide Pre-Construction Phase services, and in coordination with MOCJ, will provide authorization to proceed into the Construction Phase at the appropriate later date
