Specifications include, but are not limited to: replace a section of existing steam and condensate distribution piping at the SUNY Oswego Lakeside Community area of the campus. Piping shall be direct-buried except in manholes and where routed through an existing underground box tunnel. Provide connections to the existing distribution system at the Lee Hall boiler plant and adjacent to an existing manhole between Waterbury and Riggs Hall. Provide a connection to existing building services at Riggs Hall. Two (2) existing steam pressure reducing valves shall be replaced inside Lee Hall. Provide site demolition, excavation, and backfill. Provide site restoration including but not limited to roadways, sidewalks, curbs, lawns, and pavement. Replace one (1) fire hydrant and associated piping. Provide pedestrian and vehicle access control to work areas including but not limited to signs, barricades, and fences. Provide daily removal of spoils materials and cleaning of work areas. Provide asbestos abatement where specified
