The Consultant shall provide inspection, testing and engineering services to ensure the work performed by the General Contractor and their Subcontractors (Contractors), is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, requirements, etc. In the performance of the Services, the Consultant shall, in addition to all other requirements of this Contract: a) Prepare detailed written reports with appropriate backup documentation. The distribution of all reports shall be as directed by the AUTHORITY. Within thirty (30) days of execution of this Contract, all forms proposed to be used by the Consultant to meet the requirements of this Contract shall be submitted to the NYCDOB and the AUTHORITY for approval.
