•Snow Removal done after 2” of snow and must be done within 24 hours of snow event. •Driveway/road up to tower and around the tower, equipment building, and generator, shoveling will be required inside fenced areas with shoveled paths to the building and around the generator from gate. •Contractor to be on call 24/7 so the County can access a tower site in case of emergency. •Contractor required to provide a central point of contact, telephone number, and/or email address to the Buildings and Grounds Supervisor. •Lawn Services include monthly services during the months of May, June, July, August, and September. •Include Brush-Hogging along driveways and around tower fences, spraying weed killer inside fenced areas and sting trimming along tower fences.
