Specifications include, but are not limited to: These Specifications relate generally to the performance of Snow Removal, spreading melting products, and performing all other things associated with such Work. The Contractor shall provide the equipment specified herein for the performance of Work. The equipment provided pursuant to this Contract shall be used exclusively for this Contract. This is a services requirements Contract under which the Contractor is bound to remove Snow and spread melting products, as required and as directed by the Manager, according to the Snowfall Recorded and with the equipment as specified herein. Snowfall Recorded shall be as determined by the NWS at the Facility. a) The Contractor shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including Holidays, during the Snow Season to perform the Work as required by this Contract and as directed by the Manager for this Contract. b) Within ten (10) calendar days after notification of Contract award and the Option Periods, if exercised, the Contractor shall provide to the Manager a list of equipment to be used to perform the Work, names of potential employees assigned to perform the Work, and specific Work assigned to each employee. Any changes to such information must be immediately submitted to the Manager. c) The Contractor shall provide all necessary Supervisors, equipment operators and other personnel, as further specified in these Specifications. The Supervisors must be reviewed by the Port Authority prior to the Snow Season. The Contractor cannot change the Supervisors without prior notice to, and review and approved by, the Manager.
