Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, October 14, 2014 not later than 10:00 am EST . Copies of the bid may be obtained on our website at www.rochesterhousing.org after registering your request or by visiting our Procurement Office located at 675 W. Main Street, Rochester, New York 14611. RHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality of technicality in any bid deemed to be in the interest of the Owner.
