Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. The contract will include but not limited to materials, personnel, equipment, services, installation, supplies, rental and use of any and all equipment. ii. Onsite storage of equipment and supplies need for handle said incident/storms. iii. The Vendor must be capable of performing all necessary needs of NUMC with the appropriate staff, equipment, materials and supplies. iv. The Vendor must stock supplies and related equipment and be able to mobilize on site 1 hour after being notified. v. Vendor is on automatic dispatch once 2” of ice of snow has fallen unless other directed by NUMC management. vi. Vendor must attend all pre-storm meetings for planning purposes before and then again afterwards if deemed necessary. vii. The vendor must mark out all areas with reflective 4’ poles/markers identifying curbs, islands and other hazards ETC no later than December 12 of each calendar year. They must remove all markers, sheds, storage areas and equipment from the NUMC property no later than the last day of April of said year. viii. Restrooms in the Grounds building will be made available for the vendor’s staff during the storm. ix. The vendor may be given the responsibility of handling the entire campus if NUMC staff are unable to manage. All other areas are identified on the site map (will be given to the vendor awarded the contract).
