Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, Department of Environmental Protections, intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Itineris NA Inc. The New York City Department of Environmental Protection - Bureau of Customer Services (BCS) requires ServiceLink Licenses. DEP-BCS DEP utilizes a proprietary billing system called UMAX from Itineris NA Inc. This proprietary solution has been custom built to integrate with a specially configured version of a field tablet application called ServiceLink that is provided by Service-Link, a division of N. Harris Computer Corp. ServiceLink software licenses allow Water Use Inspectors and DEP contractors them to install and program water meters and meter reading devices. DEP has determined that Itineris NA Inc is the sole authorized source of these licenses.
