Finished piece may be trimmed to 8 3/8 x 10 7/8 inches • Copy – 28 pages from alternate electronic media (ie: email attachment or upload to vendor FTP site). 14 double sided pages including front and back cover. • All printing in black with 1 PMS color on 11” x 17” 70 lb. white, gloss coated stock • Offset printing required • Book fold and saddle stitched • Drill hole for hanging at center of calendar • Printer must include color key/match print/full color proof no later than 5 business days after FTP file upload to printer’s web site. • Town shall return approved color proof to the printer on or about November 15th • Second proof to be included if required • Delivery of printed calendars to TOH selected mail house within Suffolk County, NY on or about December 10th. Shipping costs to be paid by the awarded bidder. Shipment to consist of 60,000 copies in gaylord boxes and 8,000 in cartons.
