Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The purpose of this project is to renovate approximately 2,250 square feet of existing laboratory space on the first floor of Seeley G. Mudd Hall including: 1. Removal of existing floor finishes, existing walls partitions, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. 2. Provide new mechanical systems 3. The project also includes laboratory casework, new doors and glazing, access control at select doors, moveable furniture and storage and new window shades. 4. Provide new floor finishes, new wall partitions, finishes, and ceilings in the project area. 5. Provide new lighting throughout, plus new power and data throughout. 6. Provide complete fire protection and life safety systems in the renovated areas.
