Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Contract Services Directorate (CSD) is seeking sources, capability statements, and estimated pricing for Security System Maintenance. Responses from all qualified and experienced sources including small businesses, 8(a) small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and Women-owned small businesses are encouraged to respond to the Notice.
The ideal provider shall have verifiable experience and expertise in PELCO Camera System and LENEL Security System that includes the LENEL Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and all associated hardware and software for the system to be fully operational.
The ideal provider shall:
- Be able to meet the response times listed below for DFAS Rome, 325 Brooks Rd. Rome, NY 13441.
- Deliver Annual Maintenance and Inspection by a certified technician for the LENEL Security System and PELCO Camera System.
- Deliver Emergency Repair service by a certified technician for the LENEL Security System or PELCO Camera System within four hours of notification, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including Federal holidays) if the malfunction is an Emergency.
- Deliver Non-Emergency Repair service by a certified technician for the LENEL Security System or PELCO Camera System within twenty-four hours of notification if the malfunction is not an Emergency.
- Deliver Telephone Consultation for repairs and requests for assistance by replying to all requests within two hours, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

The capabilities’ statement should include recent and relevant contracts (last 3 years), including the contract number, dollar value, period of performance, and scope of the work.
