Specifications include, but are not limited to:The County of Orange (County) is seeking a licensed security firm to provide on-site security services at a number of Orange County locations. The security services must be tailored to meet the specific needs of each department, location and post to which a guard may be assigned. As each department services the public in different capacities, each location has unique posting for which security services must be provided. The Vendor must be a security firm with a license, in good standing, issued by the State of New York and which also meets the requirements specified in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). As security services are subject to prevailing wage, under the category of “guards/watchmen”, prevailing wage is applicable and wages, claiming and certified payroll must meet the requirements of the New York State Department of Labor and all applicable prevailing wage laws and regulations, as may be amended.
