NYSIF is seeking the services of a qualified security consulting firm capable of providing the following services: 1. Review and advise NYSIF on Security Guard requirements and specifications when soliciting the New York State Office of General Services contract for Security Guard Services for each secure location. Firm(s) must have knowledge of Office of General Services procedures and forms. 2. Review and advise NYSIF on Post Orders for each secure location. 3. Review and advise NYSIF on Security Guard setup at each of NYSIF’s locations including physical tours, camera locations, access control locations, start and finish times, number of guards, visitor protocols, recognizing reportable incidents and the effective reporting of incidents. 4. Training: Provide virtual onboarding training for newly hired guards and annual in-person location training of all security personnel. 5. Provide drill protocols for guards 2 times per year. 6. Review and advise NYISF on handling and reporting complaints and potential and actual threats. 7. Conduct vulnerability assessments at each of NYSIF’s 11 locations listed in Attachment 3. Assessment reports will include recommendations for corrections. 8. Advise on overall protection of facilities, staff and visitors from parking areas to workstation. 9. Provide general security consultation as needed. 10. Advise on security for travelling staff as needed. 11. Respond to emergency service requests within 24 hours of notification.
