Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) intends to procure Secureworks Managed Secure Services Provider (MSSP) and iSensors pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State small businesses certified as Minority or Women Owned Businesses pursuant to Article 15-A or small businesses certified as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses pursuant to Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law. The value of the resulting contract from this procurement will not exceed $500,000. The Managed Security Services Provider will manage NYSIF’s North/South, East/West Firewalls, IDS sensors and be the first level for notification of incident responses. Additionally, the MSSP will manage NYSIF’s wireless IDS iSensors and be the first level for notification of incident responses. It will also be responsible for any patching and upgrades.
