Develop and deliver a two-day hands-on scaffolding training program for Authority Maintenance Supervisors, Bridge Crew Leaders, and Maintenance Workers. Each training event must accommodate up to 20 Authority employees per session. o Provide a detailed training curriculum including but not limited to the proper use of scaffolding covering safety, setup, inspection, use with or without handling materials, dismantling of scaffolding, hazards and fall protection. o Ensure the training aligns with current federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA standards. o Provide comprehensive training materials, including handbooks, handouts, reference guides, evaluation tools and checklists for attendees. o Conduct both classroom and on-site practical training sessions on the various types of scaffolding used by the Authority.
