The 107th Communications Flight, Niagara Falls ARS, NY requires both new head end distribution equipment as well as annual service for satellite television. This to be distributed to 8 facilities to be displayed on approximately 100 television screens. The Government will designate a demarcation point near the head-end distribution equipment. The Government shall be responsible for television distributing after this point.
The Government seeks to award a Firm-Fixed Priced contract consisting of one (1) base year followed by four (4) option years as follows:
Base: 15 Sept 23 – 14 Sept 24
Option 1: 15 Sept 24 – 14 Sept 25
Option 2: 15 Sept 25 – 14 Sept 26
Option 3: 15 Sept 26 – 14 Sept 27
Option 4: 15 Sept 27 – 14 Sept 28
All billing shall occur monthly in arrears. All invoicing shall be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://piee.eb.mil
