Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Monroe County Department of Environmental Services is seeking a qualified Contractor or Contractors to supply equipment and provide a service at varied locations throughout the County. The work to be done under this contract and in accordance with these specifications consists of furnishing of equipment, material, supervision, labor, technical knowledge and skills necessary to satisfactorily and safely complete the job as outlined. Primary responsibility for such services shall be that of the Contractor under the general direction of a DES Operations Supervisor in each section. Limited services will be provided by the County’s vehicles, personnel and equipment to augment the services of the Contractor. The decision to use County vehicles, personnel and equipment will be solely at the discretion of the County for partial or entire sections
