Specifications include, but are not limited to: Monroe County Department of Environmental Services is seeking a qualified contractor(s) toprovide snow removal services as well as snow removal equipment at various locations throughoutthe County. The work to be done under this contract and in accordance with these specificationsconsists of furnishing of equipment, material, supervision, labor, technical knowledge and skillsnecessary to satisfactorily and safely complete the job as outlined in this agreement. Primaryresponsibility for such services shall be that of the contractor under the general direction of a DESOperations Supervisor. Limited services will be provided by the County's vehicles, personnel andequipment to augment the services of the contractor. The decision to use County vehicles, personneland equipment will be solely at the discretion of the County for partial or entire sections
