Specifications include, but are not limited to:It is the intention of the City of Rochester to enter into a contract with a competent and responsive contractor for plowing and removing snow from the City of Rochester Parking Lots and Garage Roofs. This will include de-icing the parking lots and garage roofs. NO SALT CAN BE USED IN GARAGES. The only acceptable product is Mr. Magic Ice Melt. 1.2 The successful contractor will only apply City-issued Mr. Magic Ice Melt to de-ice surfaces. The City of Rochester will provide the Mr. Magic Ice Melt to apply to surfaces. 1.3 The contractor must supply well-maintained snow removal equipment (e.g. 4X4 with a plow, de-ice spreader) to adequately plow and de-ice parking lots and garage rooftops.
